I charge £110 per hour session and £150 for an hour and a half assessment.

Before we meet for the first time we will have a telephone conversation when I can find out a little about you and this is a chance for both of us to decide whether we are the right fit.

Fees are payable prior to the session taking place.

Face to face sessions last for 55 or 60 minutes dependent on room bookings.  Online sessions always last 60 minutes hour

I offer short term counselling and long term open ended psychotherapy.

In my experience it is best to work minimally with one session per week, but some clients have gone down to fortnightly or monthly work after a period of time.

Client confidentiality is crucial and I should note that I may discuss issues with my clinical supervisor, and that I keep notes of our work.

I ask for 48 hours cancellation notice, or otherwise charge for missed sessions.
